Cancellation Policy
Please provide us with 24hrs cancellation notice for a booked service and 48hrs notice for multiple services. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a 25% charge of the value of the service.

You can make an appointment for your services by calling us at 613-722-3456. One of our guest managers will be happy to assist you. Or make an appointment today!
There is a booking fee of 20% of your service when booking online and that will be redeemed at checkout
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel your booked appointment, and 48 hours notice for multiple services. 50% of the service booked will be charged for any late cancellations and no show appointments. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our teams time.
